  Attendance Enterprise/Attendance on Demand Employee Self Service is a browser based module that empowers employees to  review time and attendance information.  Giving employees this ability reduces HR costs by reducing time spent responding to employee requests for attendance information.   In addition you can allow employees to punch in/out, transfer hours, enter their hours worked and request future vacation days.
• Leave Management
  Leave Management automates employee requests for time off from work.  When a request is made, supervisors are notified through the dashboard or can be emailed so they can review the requests in a timely manner.  Supervisor can then approve leave based on company policies.
• Incidents & Points
  The Incidents & Points module measures employee attendance activity against company attendance policy and automates enforcement.  This module can automatically flag exceptions to scheduled attendance, such as tardiness, and generate point values that show on time cards and report.  It can also Generate employee notifications and company warning letters automatically.
