Time Card Editing
Attendance Enterprise gives you the flexibility you need for editing timecards while tracking every change in a comprehensive audit log.  In addition to being clear and detailed, the Time Card editing screen helps you address time card issues by highlighting exceptions; making the time card easy to review.

Scheduling
Attendance Enterprise makes it easy for you to view, create and change schedules that meet your needs.  Whether you are trying to change the schedule for an individual employee or for a group of employees, Attendance Enterprise provides the following features to address your scheduling needs:

• Schedule Patterns
  Schedule Patterns eliminate the mundane task of creating repeating schedules.  Simply define the schedule once and let Attendance Enterprise create the schedule according to the pattern you specify.  This feature reduces the manual scheduling that you would otherwise have to do on a weekly or even daily basis.

• Personal Schedules
  Using Personal Schedules you can tailor an individual employee’s schedule to accurately reflect changing circumstances.  For instance, you can schedule and record time off for personal time, vacation and FMLA.  All of this is done using an easy calendar format.

• Group Scheduling
  Employees can be grouped together in order to make group schedule assignments quick and easy.  The Group Scheduling screen gives you all the flexibility and power of Personal Schedules as well.

Year-to-Date History Information
The Year-to-Date (YTD) History screen provides both summary and detailed information about everything from employee attendance to hours worked over the course of the year.  Because this report easily and thoroughly charts Exceptions (Tardy, Absent…), Pay Designations (PTO, Vacation) and Hours Worked (Regular, Overtime…) it can be an invaluable tool for evaluating employee performance.

Archive Time Card
Attendance Enterprise keeps your historical information safe and easy to review by archiving historical payroll data and presenting it in a clear and concise format.  Online archives provides quick and efficient responses to needed inquiries.  Attendance Enterprise not only archives payroll data but also includes punch transaction records, schedules and supervisor edits for the time period you specify.

Point and Incident Tracking
Attendance Enterprise has a fully integrated “Incidents & Points” tracking module.  This module provides your company with real-time points calculations for fair and accurate attendance enforcement. The software is parameterized to your company’s point policy and notifies your management or HR department when  action is required. The Incident & Points tracker utilizes Microsoft mail merge to print an action letter, containing all critical employee attendance information.

Benefit Accruals
Attendance Enterprise has the option to accrue hours or dollars automatically as an employee meets specific eligibility criteria.  Multiple accrual levels separate employee groups to allow rule variances for specific groups of employees such as probationary or part time.
