Web-enabled Manager Self Service (MSS) provides managers and/or supervisors with the ability to access employee information from virtually any location at any time and approve time for payroll processing . They can edit time, review hours and schedules and run a variety of management reports tailored to their  specific needs all through a web browser.

  • Time Card Editing

    Flexible time card editing capabilities allowing all time card edits in real-time and are logged in an audit trail that may be reviewed and printed.

  • Scheduling

    With Manager Self Service (MSS), management can review and edit their employees personal schedules. Managers may also view and edit employees in group schedules tailored to their specific needs.

  • Year-To-Date History/Archive Time Cards

    Managers can review year to date history of an employee's hours and exceptions. Archived time cards may also be reviewed from any pay period in history.

  • Management Reports

    Reports in Attendance Enterprise can be tailored and designed to meet the mangers specific needs.  The reports are viewed in an easy to read Portable Document Format (PDF).

  • Transferring

    You can also give access allowing employees to transfer to different workgroups (departments),  giving you more detailed labor distribution.

  • Enter Non-Worked Hours

    An option for your professional hourly employees allowing them to enter non-worked hours such as Vacation or Personal time.

  • Enter Worked Hours

    Another way to eliminate the manual timesheet is to give employees access to enter their own hours and what workgroup (department) the hours apply to.
