Time Card Editing
Changes made in the time card instantly recalculate so totals, summaries, and employee data are always accurate. Errors and omissions, called exceptions, are flagged automatically in the time card so you know what needs attention. Punch edits, scheduling changes and departmental transfers are some of the easy to make edits on the time card.

Scheduling
Accurate scheduling helps maximize the effectiveness of your workforce. And easy scheduling means supervisors can schedule both effectively and quickly.

Dashboard
Dashboards highlight important information, allowing you to easily drill down to take action. Dashboard can be designed for supervisors, managers and payroll managers.

Critical issues, which need correction before payroll is exported, are highlighted. You see only issues that are important to you.
Issues can be flagged in different colors to indicate different levels of severity. A manager can clear any critical exceptions from the previous days by making easy timecard or schedule edits on one screen.
The Dashboard can also provide important scheduling information like number of employees schedules to see if it is adequate for labor coverage.
